Writing viral Medium articles can provide life changing income, especially if you’re able to write multiple viral Medium articles each month.

You suddenly get in front of far more people and get paid accordingly. Not only will Medium reward you for your efforts, but if you include a call-to-action designed to grow your email list, you’ll cultivate an audience outside of Medium as well.

Writing viral Medium articles is easier said than done, but it is possible with the right approach. No matter how much strategy you apply, going viral on Medium takes some luck. …

GameStop has thrusted many people into the stock market. Whether they’ve made their first investment or can’t stop talking about Wall Street Bets, GameStop has put the stock market at the center of everyone’s attention.

Some people see GameStop stock as a crusade against the shorts and the manipulative natures of the big players that have gone on for decades. Others see it as a fruitless effort where investors are bound to face heavy losses.

Keith Gill stood by his bullish thesis during the hearing and said he’d buy more at the stock’s current levels. …

Hitting 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 hours of watch time

Many beginner YouTubers have the same common goal: get enough subscribers and watch time to join the YouTube Partner Program. That way, they can start earning from their YouTube videos.

While you can make money on YouTube before becoming a YouTube Partner (i.e. product reviews), Google AdSense is an attractive income stream for many YouTubers. Some people make $100 each month from ads that show up on their videos while celebrity creators make millions of dollars from AdSense alone.

It’s no wonder why YouTubers set their eyes on their first 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 hours of watch time early on…

Financial independence is when you can do the work you love at your own hours. It’s an extremely flexible lifestyle, but it takes considerable time and discipline to reach this state.

To achieve the most meaningful goals, you have to make sacrifices. Financial independence is no different. You’ll have to say no to certain things so you can someday feel in complete control over your finances. If you want to climb the mountain of financial independence and make it all the way to the top, eliminate these 7 things from your life.

The 6-figure income is a common goal in the online community. There are many books and courses that are designed to help you make 6-figures. Some people make 6-figures from their jobs alone, but having all of your income tied to a single income stream is incredibly risky.

Online entrepreneurs almost never have a single income stream that attributes to all of their income. Rather, they have multiple income streams that all contribute to their bottom line. …

Far crazier than the stock price movement

Regardless of how much or little you follow the market, you’ve heard of GameStop. Most people talk about GameStop’s roller coaster stock price, but the options are even more wild.

I came across an article that mentioned some traders were betting the stock would hit $800 on Friday (Feb. 26th). This bet involves buying call options, and if the stock actually hit $800, the people holding onto those calls would have suddenly become VERY wealthy.

With all of the talk centered around GameStop’s price, I decided to look at GameStop’s upcoming options which expire in 5 market days (i.e. March…

Personal finance is one of the most important skills to develop. The earlier someone can learn about personal finance, the less financial hardships they’ll have. Furthermore, they’ll have the enhanced ability to navigate through financial uncertainty and properly manage their expenses.

It’s no secret that personal finance is an important area of study, but no one should wait until after graduating college to brush up on it. The earlier you can learn personal finance, the better. On that note, I believe parents should teach their kids personal finance early on.

When to buy and sell…the timeless question

These past few days haven’t been easy for my portfolio. On Monday, my portfolio went down 4% while the QQQ went down 2.59%. My portfolio opened Tuesday with a 7% loss as the QQQ opened with a roughly 2% loss.

My portfolio leans towards aggressive growth. There are some days where the market will be up 0.2% while my portfolio is up 2%. There are other days like Monday where my portfolio bleeds far more than the current market.

A stock market bubble bursting would more than likely do more damage to my portfolio than an index fund, but when…

No one actually wants to fix the system

Make no mistake about it. Student debt is crippling the economy. Big purchases are getting delayed and low wages make it difficult for many graduates to meaningfully bite into the principal of their student loans.

Democrats are proposing a variety of initiatives that range from a one time payment to wiping out student debt all together while Republicans are mostly silent on the issue. My concern with wiping out the debt entirely is that there are plenty of people who applied for dozens of scholarships and took a bunch of side jobs while at college to successfully pay off their…

Free yourself from the tidal wave of info, posts, and rants

Social media started out as a way to connect with friends when I couldn’t see them in person. It was incredibly fun.

Then, I saw the business elements of social media. I created content and would then share it with my followers. Social media is an integral part of my business, but not so much for my personal life. It’s become less enjoyable over the years.

As I spent more time on social media, my feeds got more crowded. …
